Ages for t-ball - major are based on age of player on 4/30/2025. Pre-t must turn 3 on or before 1/31/25. 

 

You must play within your age group and an age verification process will take place. Parents who wish to have their child play outside of their designated age group must have permission from the baseball board before evaluations. Please email the board at winderlionsbaseball@gmail.com

4 year old (PRE-T) wishing to play up in t-ball must send an email requesting to be evaluated by the baseball board in order to be approved to play up in t-ball.

Coaches will be required to register online every season. The head coach will receive an email confirming the coaching spot. All head coach spots will be on a first come first serve basis. *No exceptions*

Travel ball player league determination:

    - 6 year old travel player who currently plays in 6u or 7u travel must play in 8u rec league

    - 7 year old travel player who currently plays in 7u or 8u travel may play in 8u or 10u rec leagues

    - 8 year old travel player who currently plays 8u or 9u travel must play in 10u rec league

    - 9 year old travel player who currently plays 9u or 10u travel may play in 10u or 12u rec leagues

    - 10 year old travel player who currently plays 10u or 11u travel must play in 12u rec league

** Peewee (8u) will play with Archer this spring season. There will be NO weekday traveling. All weekday games will be played in house. There will be weekend park rotations. Example, one weekend, ALL peewee teams (Lions & Archer) will play at Lions Ballpark. The next, All will play at Harbins Park. We know this might not be ideal for some. Our hope is to allow more competition for both programs with the opportunity to play different teams. There will be a league tournament at the end of the season.

** Minor (10u) & Major (12u) will continue their venture with Archer. There will be weekday and weekend travel between Lions Ballpark and Harbins Park. There will be a league tournament at the end of the season.
